Time to build https://www.brooklynfanstoreonline.com/Timothe_Luwawu_cabarrot_Pillow_Cover-145. In a clash of the titans, the Brooklyn Nets went into Wednesday night battle against the Philadelphia 76ers a bit shorthanded. Philly started to cruise in the fourth quarter, but the Brooklyn bench went on a mad dash to the finish line and almost pulled off a comeback for the ages. They wound up falling a bit short, but there was a lot to take away and if these titans square off with the stakes at their highest, itl be a fight for the ages. The opponent tonight will be the Charlotte Hornets. After a good run, things are starting to trend backwards. They lost on Wednesday night at home to the Cleveland Cavaliers. The loss was their third in a row. Theye barely hanging on to the eighth spot in the Eastern Conference playoff standings. Where to follow the gameYES Network on TV. WFAN 101. 9 FM on radio. Tip off after 7:30. You can join us on NetsDaily Clubhouse post-game. Details here. InjuriesJames Harden is out with a hamstring injury, Chris Chiozza is out due to a fractured hand, Tyler Johnson is out with knee soreness, and Spencer Dinwiddie is out with a knee injury. And of course LaMarcus Aldridge has been forced to retire. LaMelo Ball is out due to a right wrist fracture, Gordon Hayward is out with a right foot sprain, Malik Monk is out with a right ankle sprain, Devonte Graham is out due to a left quad contusion, Nate Darling is out with a right ankle sprain, Brad Wanamaker is questionable with a right ankle sprain, and PJ Washington is doubtful with a right ankle sprain. The gameCharlotte took Game 1 in December while Brooklyn took Game 2 earlier this month. The big news in the league yesterday was the retirement of LaMarcus Aldridge. LMA announced his retirement after being diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat that he experienced during last Saturday game against the Los Angeles Lakers https://www.brooklynfanstoreonline.com/Mike_James_Face_Mask-130. Aldridge had a great career and we hope he is healthy and safe going forward Reggie Perry Face Mask. Cheers to a great player and a great career. Stay ready. DeAndre Jordan was out of the rotation, but came back this week and looked pretty solid all things considered. Sure Joel Embiid poured in 39 points, but DJ played tough and pulled down 14 rebounds. The Nets rotation of bigs will be DJ, Nicolas Claxton, and Blake Griffin. Each brings something unique to the table and as Steve Nash sharpens the rotations and gets the guys ready for the playoffs, wel see who stands out the most. Speaking of stay ready, shouts to the Nets bench. They made the team proud by almost pulling off a massive comeback on Wednesday night and as the stars look to regain their rhythm, having guys like Alize Johnson, Bruce Brown, etc on the squad will always give the Nets a sense of toughness and fire that will help to push them across the finish line. When you need a day, take a day. Kyrie Irving sat out the Timberwolves game and came back Wednesday ready to rock and roll. He put up a dazzling 37 points and did damage against Ben Simmons and Mattisse Thybulle, two of the best defenders in the league. Irving is able to pressure defenders and make life impossible for whoever guarding him. He helps the Nets play at a fast pace and allows their offense to stay a tier above the rest of the league. Terry Rozier, I hope youe ready to do some heavy lifting. With all of the Hornets best players sidelined, he gonna have to carry the offense in a major way tonight. Like everyone else in basketball, he taking more three pointers this year and is shooting a snazzy 40. 4 percent from deep. The Hornets get loose with the ball, and considering their depleted roster, that spells danger. Charlotte has the third worst turnover rate in the NBA this season and one big run could knock them out early. Player to watch: Miles BridgesWithout Hayward and Ball, someone's got to step up and do more. In steps Mr. Bridges. He gotten better each year he been in the league and is shooting career highs across the board. At only 22 years old Bruce Brown Pillow Cover, he part of an exciting wave of talent in the Queen City that will have them competing for the playoffs for years to come. Kevin Durant is back tonight and will be looking to keep the good times going. He was magnificent on Tuesday and scored a smooth 31 points in 27 minutes. His minutes per game have increased each night he been back and as he keeps knocking the rust off, Brooklyn will become even more formidable. KD didn play both ends of the back-to-back this week, and Brooklyn has a New Orleans - Toronto (well, Tampa cause of COVID) b2b next week, so hel more than likely sit one of those games out. In the meantime, hel keep getting to his spots and doing damage from all over the court.

Having played the same position as legends such as Shaquille Oeal and Dwight Howard, Nikola Vucevic place in Orlando Magic history may get lost in the mix from time to time. Vucevic, one of just eight Magic players to make the NBA All-Star Game, has been a consistent scorer and rebounder during his time in Orlando. The Serbia native also been quietly clutch. Vucevic showed some of that killer instinct on this day five years ago. His fade-away jumper at the buzzer staved off a furious rally and lifted the Magic to a thrilling 96-94 victory over the Atlanta Hawks. Momentum was squarely on the side of Atlanta as Orlando got set to inbound with 2. 2 seconds left to go on Feb. 7, 2016. The Magic had led by 14 late in the third and by eight more than midway through the fourth, but the Hawks were on an 8-0 run. Vucevic made the Amway Center crowd forget all about that Michael Carter-Williams Pillow Cover. Matched up with All-Star Al Horford, Vucevic was forced to work for the ball as guard Elfrid Payton was set to inbound. Vuecevic was able to make the catch about 18 feet from the rim with his back to the basket. Forced to fade to his left and fire a rainbow over Horford, Vucevic shot went through. As the clock hits triple zeroes, Orlando had emerged at the buzzer. Atlanta had not led since the game first 65 seconds as the Magic seemed in control most of the way https://www.storeorlando.com/Grant_Hill_Flag-94. The Magic led by 11 at the end of the first quarter and 71-57 late in the third quarter when Atlanta Thabo Sefolosha hit from beyond halfcourt at the buzzer. The shot seemed to ignite the Hawks, who opened the fourth quarter on a 9-1 run. Payton jumper with less than four minutes to go pushed the Orlando lead to 94-86, but the Magic would not score again until Vucevic shot. After Sefolosha cut the lead to three with a deep three-pointer with more than two minutes to go, Kent Bazemore drew the Hawks even with a triple of his own with 48 seconds to go. After Vucevic was called for an offensive foul, Jeff Teague had a shot to put Atlanta in front and Paul Millsap had two more, but both missed as Evan Fournier came down with the rebound for Orlando and called timeout. The Magic held the Hawks to less than 39% from the field, but Atlanta shot 13-for-28 from deep to hang around. Vucevic paced Orlando with 22 points while Fournier added 21 points on 7-for-14 from the field. Payton and Aaron Gordon each tallied double-doubles in the win. Teague and Bazemore scored 24 and 23 points, respectively, in the loss for the Hawks. When it was all said and done however, Vucevic had the ball last and played the role of hero with the game-winning shot at the buzzer. He knocked that down on this day five years ago https://www.storeorlando.com/Anfernee_Hardaway_Hoodie-39.

As has become routine through the first month and a half of the 2021 season, the Mets played a baseball game on Wednesday night that was far from normal. With Pete Alonso not in the lineup, and Taijan Walker hitting the ILaking it 14 Mets on the IL it was fair to say the team was shorthanded going into the game looking to complete a three game sweep. Coming off arguably the best start of his career, David Peterson took the mound for the Mets, and through the first four innings, looked terrific, facing the minimum and allowing just one hit. Facing 37 year-old Charlie Morton, the Mets were able to get on the board first in the top of the fourth thanks to a Jonathan Villar home run. This lead was short lived as Peterson ran into a load of trouble in the bottom of the fifth against the bottom half of the Braves lineup. With one out in the fifth, Austin Riley swung at a first pitch fastball and hit a double into the right centerfield gap https://www.newprostoreonline.com/Tom_Seaver_T_shirt-14. After Dansby Swanson advanced Riley to third on a groundout, Peterson hit William Contreras with a pitch, putting runners at the corners with two outs. This set the table for Guillermo Heredia who tied the game with a two-out single. Up next was the pitcher Charlie Morton, and instead of getting an easy third out and escaping the inning with no further damage done, Peterson threw Morton a first pitch sinker which he wacked up the middle to score Contreras and put the Braves in front 2-1. Next, with the bases load, Peterson walked Ronald Acua, and the Braves scored their third run of the inning. This was the end of Peterson night, as he pitched 4. 2 innings, allowing three runs on five hits with one walk and five strikeouts. With the Mets now down 3-1, it seemed as if the game was over, and that they would have to be content with taking two out of three from the Braves. However, the team had different plans in the top of the seventh, facing reliever A. J. Minter. With two men away, Dominic Smith got all the way to second base on a throwing error by Minter to give the Mets life https://www.newprostoreonline.com/Carlos_Carrasco_Flag-165. James McCann was then able to work out a walk, putting the tying run on base. Jose Peraza came up next and added to the legend of the bench mob, ripping a double down the left field line. Smith was able to score, with McCann being held up at third, as the tying and go ahead runs were now on base for the Mets. The double from Peraza ended Minter outing, as Luke Jackson came in, trying to get one more out for the Braves and keep them in the lead 3-2. Toms Nido had other plans, as he pinch hit for the pitchers spot, and after his go-ahead homer last night, contributed a go-ahead two-run single to put the Mets in front 4-3. Miguel Castro then had a shutdown inning in the bottom half of the seventh, with a little bit of luck thrown in there, as the game moved into the late innings. After failing to secure any insurance runs in the eighth inning, Aaron Loup came on for the second straight day. Austin Riley led off the inning with yet another double https://www.newprostoreonline.com/Seth_Lugo_Flag-357, immediately putting the tying run in scoring position. Dansby Swanson then reached first on a hit that the Mets were fortunate enough to keep in the infield and save a run for the time being. William Contreras was the next batter, and Loup gave up his third straight hit, as the Braves were able to tie the game at 4. Loup night was done after this, and Jacob Barnes came into the game with no outs, and two runners on. Aided by James McCann throwing out Swanson trying to steal third base, Barnes struck out two batters to limit the damage, and keep the game tied. In the top of the ninth inning, the Mets were looking for some late inning magic for the second straight day. In his first game as a Met, Cameron Maybin led off the inning and struck out on a pitch in the dirt. The ball got behind the catcher though, and Maybin was able to reach first base safely, putting the go-ahead run on base with no outs. After Dominic Smith struck out swinging, James McCann came up to the plate. Maybin first stole second base during McCann at bat to put himself in scoring position, and then reached third on a wild pitch. All McCann needed to do was hit a fly ball to the outfield to bring home the winning run. Instead, he popped a ball into foul territory right next to third base for the second out of the inning. It was left to Jose Peraza to try to give the Mets the lead, and on a 1-0 pitch, he lined out to third base, squandering a golden opportunity for the Mets to take the lead Noah Syndergaard Hoodie. With the game still tied, Jacob Barnes came back out in the bottom of the ninth for his second inning of work. Facing the top of the order, it was going to be a tall task for Barnes to pitch a clean inning and send the game to extra innings.

First Pitch: 9:10 pm CDTTV: Bally Sports NorthRadio: WCCO 830, Audacy, The Wolf 102. 9 FM, TIBN, twinsbeisbol. comKnow Thine Enemy: Lookout LandingAfter another series loss, the Twins roll into Seattle with some reinforcements https://www.minnesotagearshop.com/Jack_Morris_Pillow_Cover-233. Luis Arraez and Kenta Maeda have been reinstated from the IL. Michael Pineda is headed to the IL with right elbow inflammation along with Rob Refsnyder with a right hamstring strain. Byron Buxton hasn't been activated yet. At long last, our king Kenta Maeda has returned and will be taking the mound tonight. Luis Arraez was activated but is not in the lineup, and Byron Buxton traveled with the team but has not been activated as of yet. Seattle is 32-35, sitting at 4th place in the AL West and a number of games ahead of the Twins. Theye won 4 out of their last 10 and are probably a little bit worse than their record suggests Hansel Robles Face Mask, giving the Twins an excellent opportunity for a bounce-back series https://www.minnesotagearshop.com/David_Ortiz_Pillow_Cover-189. Taking the mound for the Mariners will be lefty Marco Gonzales, who currently sports a 5. 45 ERA. With a (supposedly) healthy Kenta Maeda taking the mound, the mildly warm Twins offense should be able to give the staff some good run support tonight. If not, it might officially be time to stick a fork in this season. On that sunny note, let look at some lineups.

After bullpenning their way through yesterday 15-7 victory to secure a sweep against the Cubs, the Milwaukee Brewers made an expected move for a fresh arm in the bullpen before the start of tonight series in Pittsburgh. Aaron Ashby was demoted one day after getting shelled in his big league debut, and Alec Bettinger is taking his place on the active roster. Angel Perdomo, who had been on the 10-day Injured List but on rehab assignment in Triple-A, was also activated and officially optioned to Nashville.
